Russia International delivery
All of our coffee is roasted to order, and we try to avoid carrying items in stock that will be aging. We currently roast on Mondays and Thursdays, and orders will need to be placed by midnight the day before roasting. Orders placed after 12am will ship on the next roast day. You will receive an e-mail when your order ships.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
All shipping is done through Royal Mail, and is based upon the weight of the coffee. Delivery in the UK will be made within 28 days from shipping, though is usually 1-2 business days.
Delivery for the rest of the world will be within 28 days, and while it is usually quicker shipping times can vary from country to country. If you need your shipment signed for upon delivery, tracked to its final destination or sent as priority shipping, this will incur a higher shipping cost and you need to contact us before placing your order.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address – credit card payments are processed through PayPal and Google Checkout so we do not have access to your credit card details.
This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. With your consent we collect your email address for our newsletter to keep you up-to-date on all the latest products from the shop.
