Dual wall french press
Price £55.00 ( 0.7kg )This is a stunning dual walled, glass Cafepresso french press made by Hario. The 2 cup capacity is equal to around 300ml/10oz of coffee. We are huge fans of the french press, but heat loss is still a bit issue with many brewers.
The beauty of the french press is that it is one of the most flexible brewers you can buy. A simple infusion of any coffee done well can yield incredibly good results.
We'd recommend grinding relatively coarse, using approximately 60g-70g of coffee per litre of water, and steeping for 4-5 minutes. Preheating the press is important, though less so with this dual walled model.
The press can easily be taken apart for cleaning.
