Price £7.00 ( 350g )Produced by award winning grower Javier Ruiz, this lot is an incredibly satisfying cup of coffee. On the nose there is a subtle, pleasant floral note along with a toasted almond aroma. In the cup there is a rich sweetness combining cocoa and cherry, turning to sweet melon as it cools.
While we’ve had a few coffees from Colombia this year, this is the first we’ve had from the Tolima region.
This has been an incredibly enjoyable coffee to get to know as we developed the roast for it. It is one you’ll end up reaching for throughout the day – just very delicious!
