<p>Produced by award winning grower Javier Ruiz, this lot is an incredibly satisfying cup of coffee. On the nose there is a subtle, pleasant floral note along with a toasted almond aroma. In the cup there is a rich sweetness combining cocoa and cherry, turning to sweet melon as it cools.</p> <p>While we&#8217;ve had a few coffees from Colombia this year, this is the first we&#8217;ve had from the Tolima region.</p> <p>This has been an incredibly enjoyable coffee to get to know as we developed the roast for it.
