A classic example of coffee from the Cajamarca region of Northern Peru, El Diamante is a must-taste. Offering clean acids and balanced sweetness, our favourite thing about this coffee is its mouthfeel - creamy, complex, and all about the texture; El Diamante represents everything we want in a daily brew. Made up of day lots from 18 farmers from in and around San Jose de Lourdes, Huabal and Santa Rosa de la Yunga, the coffee is dried and processed at farm level and then transported to Jaén, where it is blended based on cup profile, altitude and harvest days.
