El Guayabo - 1

Offering a pleasantly fresh and balanced acidity, we're thrilled to introduce El Guayabo from the Chalatenango region of El Salvador. Shooting straight for the stars, pear shimmers against hints of soft tropical notes and macadamia making for a delicious brew. Wanting to continue the family tradition of coffee farming, René Humberto Díaz bought his farm El Guayabo 15 years ago. Surrounded by impressive mountains and natural forests, the farm is often covered in a thick blanket of mystic fog forming the ideal microclimate for coffee to thrive. Rene and his wife Ana Isabel have only been producing speciality coffee for 5 years. Consistently working on improving their processing and farming practices, their strategic approach reflects in the cup quality they've achieved. Wonderfully tasty and friendly - you can almost imagine the fog lifting over the mountains as you settle into a cup of El Guayabo, gently easing you into the day.
