A first-time purchase and one we've had our eye on for a while, we're thrilled to present Todos Santos. Named after the village Todos Santos Cuchumatan in Huehuetenango, this coffee has a particularly fruity profile. Oozing distinct notes of cherry and blueberry topped by dark chocolate, Todos Santos is the way to go! A community lot produced by an indigenous group, each farmer owns 1 - 2 hectares under 30-year-old Pache and Caturra plantations. Trained in post-harvest practices, the farmers pick, process and dry their own coffee in the same way to achieve consistency. Leaving it to ferment for 3-4 days allowing the coffee to develop its very distinct, fruity flavour profile, everything is mixed together as parchment. With a deliciously syrupy body, Todos Santos is the perfect coffee to enjoy with, or without milk for breakfast, brunch and all your coffee breaks in between!
