We've had the honour and pleasure of following and showcasing Aida's innovation in experimental processing since our start in 2008. Inspired and intrigued by coffee processing methods from other coffee-producing regions such as Ethiopia, Kenya or Sumatra, Aida introduced some of these concepts and processes to her own coffees, changing the face of speciality coffee forever. Offering a range of post-harvest protocols, Aida's innovation in processing has influenced producers worldwide and manifested into full customisation for clients willing to preorder. Warm and sweet with a soft round chocolate mousse texture, expect a smooth, medium-bodied cup and a clean finish with orange notes and delicate undertones of cookies and pastry.
