In this limited edition set, you'll receive one bag each of the Kilimanjaro washed, pulped natural and natural coffees. This showcasing of the three processes side by side shows the vast array of flavours that coffee cherries hold, as well as the influence that post-harvest processing has on the final result.

WASHED - YELLOW PLUM / RAISIN / SUGARCANE
After picking, these beans were pulped and then fermented in water tanks to remove any remaining mucilage. This allows the acidity of the coffee to shine and results in a bright, balanced cup.
PULPED NATURAL - CLEMENTINE / HAZELNUT / GANACHE
The pulped natural beans had their skins removed by a pulper, before being dried in the sun with their sugary mucilage intact. This enhances the sweetness of the beans.
NATURAL - FOREST FRUITS / JAMMY / DARK CHOC
These beans were left as whole cherries and dried in the sun until they turned raisiny. During the process, the beans capture all the sweetness of the fruit pulp while taking on a fruity taste from the internal fermentation that also takes place.
