Combining decades of experience with work and research conducted by agronomists, José relies on updated technical developments, research and scientific advances to make the best of his coffee, consistently. Huehuetenango's fertile soil, lush landscape and ideal coffee growing climate add to the flavour in the cup elevating José's vision of speciality coffee even further.
