The second release of our Short Stories series comes from the La Falda farm owned by Miguel Luna. This espresso exhibits plenty of stonefruit flavours, which are balanced by hints of winter spice and smooth almond notes, making this espresso both exciting and comforting!

The small, 4 hectare farm of La Falda is home and workplace to Miguel Luna and his wife Nayroby Grijalba. Situated on a steep mountain side in La Union in Huila, the farm has some 19,000 trees of the Caturra, Colombia and Castillo varieties. Miguel processes his own coffee at his wetmill and dries it in parabolic dries, traditional to the area.
