Costa Rica’s now-legendary Micromill Revolution birthed the honey process: removing the top layer of the coffee cherry without washing off the remaining fruit before drying. Several masters of the technique are also our longest-running partners, dotted across Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region.
Come and cup with us on Saturday, the 7th of October, to taste four distinct honey-processed coffees - white, yellow, red and black - exploring the spectrum of flavours created in this intermediate technique between washed and natural.

Spaces are limited to 30 people per group, you can join us for the 10:00-11:30am or 2:00-3:30pm cupping session. Please use the scroll-down button to select a time slot.
