We're thrilled to offer the first Nicaraguan coffee of the season, San Ramon! Dessert-like, balanced and bright building into a creamy finish we're very much into this tasty cup. No stranger to our shop, San Ramon produced by Donald Roque is without a doubt getting better by the year. A third-generation coffee farmer, Donald named his farm after his father Ramon who taught him the importance of persistence and the value of committing to one's dreams. Donald changed from conventional to speciality coffee farming after his first entry into the 2006 Nicaraguan Cup Of Excellence. Since then, he has planted varieties such as Catuai, Maragogype and Pacamara focusing on enhanced farming practices to consistently boost his yields and cup quality.
