We’re continuing our appreciation for the Telila group with Telila Genji Challa from Jimma, Ethiopia! While the honey-process isn’t typical of the Ethiopian coffee industry, we’re obsessed with this syrupy, juice bomb of a cup, bursting with mandarin, nectarine and a syrupy finish. Produced by one of the pioneers in this field of processing and the owner of the Telila Washing Station, Mike Mamo started buying cherries in the 2018-2019 season and has since become an emerging name in the region. Bringing together a combination of lots farmed from the Genji Challa Kebele, this is another espresso we’re excited to add to our Ethiopian offering.
