The final coffee in our Telila selection is the Kolla kebele just south of the more familiar collection points and coffees you know by now, Kecho Anderacha, Genji Challa, and Wanja Kersa. After years of working with these coffees, we noticed how they tend to fully show their floral character almost a year after harvest. So, we purposefully preserved this lot to share over the holiday season for you to enjoy the full spectrum of what these "new classics" have to offer. Though this is the first time we've bought a lot with cherries from this particular village or kebele, the intensely clean yet balanced floral character of Telila's honey lots is definitely present. Having shared coffees from Telila across the shop - from Red Brick to Sweet Shop- we wanted to end the Ethiopian season with a bang, and the Telila Kolla Honey offers just that.
