A coffee that captured our taste buds, we're happy to welcome back Todos Santos from Guatemala! A mouthful of syrupy sweet, strawberry and chocolate orange bliss comes to mind. Taking its name from Todos Santos Cuchumatan, a village in Huehuetenango, the predominantly Mam-speaking producer group was established thirty years ago. Together the group have 37 hectares planted with Pache and Caturra. Managed organically, the farms are shared in the community, and each member is responsible for 1 - 2 hectares. The coffee is picked, processed, and dried by the individual farmer and blended together later in parchment. For consistency, the group applies the same extended fermentation period and process contributing to the cheerful fruitiness we so love about Todos Santos. A sweet delight, if you need a little extra cushioning for these fresh Autumn days, you've met your match!
