Located in the Minas Gerais region, Vale do Sol is owned by Antonio Wander Garcia and his wife, Elenir. Following his father's footsteps, Antonio is an agricultural engineer and researcher in coffee fertility and coffee nutrition. Antonio also works with his son, André Luiz Alvarenga Garcia, an agricultural engineer specialising in pruning and producing. With their combined expertise and a focus on sustainable farming methods, the quality Vale do Sol represents comes as no surprise. A spot-on example of an exceptional Brazilian coffee, this lot is a definite one on our must-taste list.
