We love this coffee. A first-time showcase and tasty peach, mango, strawberry delight, we're thrilled to present Wosasa! A signature lot for naturally processed Guji coffees, Wosasa oozes the region's much celebrated juicy, fruit-bomb flavours. Named after the local kebele - roughly translated as neighbourhood or hamlet- where the farmers are from, Wosasa is the combined work of 25 farmers mainly growing Gibirrina and Serto under indigenous shade trees. Processed at the Wosasa Washing Station - managed by the "King of Guji", Ture Waji, day lots are tagged with delivery dates and kept separate. To ensure quality and the longevity of coffee, once the separated lots go onto the drying beds, the start date is logged, and each day's relative Moisture Content Readings recorded throughout the drying period. If happiness could be summed up in a coffee, you would spell it Wosasa.
