With Red Brick as the foundation, Lake Atitlán has become a key focus area in our seasonal Guatemala offering. Our main project is with the Chacayá group in the southwest corner of the lake, and for the first time this year, we're offering a smaller single-producer lot from Arturo Tuy, whose farm is on the far eastern side of the lake. Arturo is a second-generation coffee grower. When not managed correctly, by-products from coffee production, such as coffee pulp and spent water, can cause harm to plants and fish in the lake and surrounding habitat. As a result, alongside increasing his quality and yield, Arturo follows the best environmental practices on his farm wet mill. A classic all-rounder with tons of texture lifted by a delicate freshness, Vista al Lago is one for the books!
