Introduced to us by North Star Coffee Roasters, who works in partnership with Cyato Washing Station, owned by independent exporter Tropic Coffee, we're thrilled to welcome back Cyato for a second season! What started as an experiment, this harvest ushered in a new direct project and collaboration with Tropic, allowing us to dovetail logistics and coffee selection with North Star. Processed at the Cyato Washing Station, this year's coffee from Mutongo Hill comes from a combined lot sourced from farmers of the Abadatezuka Cooperative, showcasing one of the finest Rwandan coffee offerings.

      Each sip reveals delightful notes of cherry and raspberry, beautifully complemented by a golden honey texture and sweetness.
