If you are new to using the Lotus Water drops, you will need demineralised water. We recommend using the Zero Water Jug to purify and prepare your brewing water.

Bring out all the rich, deep cocoa and caramel notes with the Chocolate Basket or add some fruit forward acidity to your brew with the Fruit Basket, the choice is yours!
Fill your kettle with 300ml of demineralised water for a 250ml brew.
