      Adding a bright, tutti frutti start to January is El Profe Elox! Produced in the region of Oaxaca in Mexico, this pre-financed project once again comes from our sourcing partners at Red Beetle Coffee Lab.

      With ‘El Profe’ meaning ‘the teacher’, this coffee was named after the head organiser and buyer for Red Beetle, Felipe Chazares, known for his wealth of knowledge, particularly of the land. Impressing year after year with its smooth, berry notes, this Mazateca microlot showcases what our green buyer Jamie has described as the “mazafruity” profile.

      Expecting notes of sweet black grape and apple coming together with a creamy chocolate finish, El Profe Elox fills your cup with flavours bound to put a smile on your face.
