Answers to Your Subscription Questions
Managing Your Subscription
Your coffee will be processed and dispatched on the roast day following your recurring charge date. Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions to skip, pause or move your subscription date. If you can’t access your account, select “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. For the ultimate control, you can also update and select the frequency that works best for you.
Payment details
You can update or change your payment details for your subscription by logging into your account > Manage Subscriptions > Address & Payment Details > Manage Payment Methods. Ensure your payment method is up to date to ensure your order goes through and your subscription doesn’t cancel.
Delivery & Shipping
To change your address for your subscription, ensure you are updating your address within Manage Subscriptions > Address & Payment Details > Manage Addresses and not “View Addresses” from the account page. Adding a new address via the account page will NOT update the address for your subscription.
Rewards
Once you are signed up for a SQM account, you automatically earn store credit on each order you place. To use your credit, use the one-click apply at checkout when you’re signed in or copy and paste your unique credit code into the discount box at checkout to apply. Rewards credit cannot currently be used on existing subscriptions and is only applicable when starting new subscriptions at checkout.
Gifting
We offer Gift Subscriptions, to get started, follow the workflow to select your type of subscription, roast style, coffee selection, size, frequency, duration and enter your recipients details. Your recipient will then receive an email to activate their subscription on their chosen date.
