Welcome to your virtual event

HOW TO PROFILE COFFEE FOR OPTIMUM FLAVOUR

Join us online for the next chapter of our annual Roasting Focus series — a deep dive into a coffee's intricate journey before it’s ready to be brewed at home or in your café. Hosted by our Head Roaster, Jay, and our Head of Education & Events, Sara, this interactive session will be bringing you behind the scenes of our profiling process - following the path of the bean from its arrival at the roastery, through planning and test roasting, to the coffee’s release as a final product.

Through a guided cupping, we’ll explore how small changes in roast development affect cup quality, balance, and flavour. Your Tasting Kit includes four coffee samples for our live tasting session, where we’ll use an interactive presentation to share notes, compare flavour descriptors, and see how our preferences align.

If you can’t make the virtual event, the session will be recorded and link shared afterwards with everyone who has purchased a tasting kit.
