We can’t wait to welcome you to our roastery Open Day this year, taking place on the 17th of May!

Come and chat about all things coffee with our team, while you enjoy a complimentary coffee or two from our on-site cafe. A great opportunity to taste our coffees, our team are looking forward to showing off their barista skills. You can also stock up on coffee, equipment and merch from our one-day-only roastery shop.

During the day we’re offering a selection of ticketed events, around roasting, brewing and sensory skills. We can’t wait to meet you!

  • Come Roast with Us: How To Profile Coffee for Optimum Flavour

    Book your ticket for a 2-hour experience guided by our roasting team, exploring how we roast to unlock each coffee's potential.

    Join us for the next chapter of our annual Roasting Focus series—a deep dive into a coffee's intricate journey before it’s ready to be brewed at home or in your café. In this immersive, two-hour session, you’ll be guided step-by-step through our profiling process, following the path of the bean from its arrival at the roastery, through planning and test roasting, to the coffee’s release as a final product.

    Buy a Coffee Tasting Kit and join us for a virtual guided cupping, exploring how we roast to unlock each coffee's potential.

    Hosted by our Head Roaster, Jay, and our Head of Education & Events, Sara, this interactive session will be bringing you behind the scenes of our profiling process - following the path of the bean from its arrival at the roastery, through planning and test roasting, to the coffee’s release as a final product.

    The live Virtual Event will be recorded, and the link shared afterwards with everyone who has purchased a kit.

    Discover the art of coffee tasting and hone your sensory skills in our engaging workshop inspired by our SCA Sensory Skills courses.

    Hosted by our SCA trainer and Q-grader Tom Skeggs.

    In this workshop, we’ll cover water preparation and demonstrate some quick, foolproof ways to brew delicious coffee at home by experimenting with the water we use for brewing.

    £35 | 1.5 hour session

    A classic Square Mile and Cocoa Runners coffee and chocolate tasting. Following the journey from from seed to cup and bar, we’ll explore what influences flavour of coffee and chocolate, and their similarities.
