Hosted by our Head Roaster Jay and our Head of Education & Events Sara, this virtual event will follow the same format as our in-person roasting event. You'll learn more about roast planning and development, the equipment we use, our quality control process and how we assign taste descriptors to our coffees for release.
We’ll set up a cupping together to compare and assess four different roast profiles of the same coffee, discussing flavour and how we decide which coffee to release in our shop.
EACH KIT CONTAINS:
4 x coffee samples at various roast profiles, a cupping book, plus a QR code with all your event details, including your Zoom link.
Your pre-order will be shipped by 1st June.
If you can’t make the virtual event, the session will be recorded and a link shared afterwards with everyone who has purchased a tasting kit.
