A firm favourite in our annual Brazil offering, it's time to welcome back the creamy chocolate and blueberry delight, Baixadão, from Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Kicking off our Brazilian showcase this year is Baixadão, a Yellow Bourbon lot produced by the renowned Helisson Afonso da Silva. And what a cup! You won't find a better way to start the day. Helisson, along with his father Chão before him, began farming speciality coffee on a small scale and have successfully expanded their business into a medium-sized agricultural enterprise, building their coffee quality and excellence along the way.

A passionate advocate for organic and regenerative agriculture, one of Helisson's proudest achievements is the renovation of the soil on his various farms (of which Baixadão is just one), accomplished by completely eliminating chemical inputs. This year's lot captures everything we love about the Brazilian natural process. Clean with a luxurious mouthfeel lifted by overtones of blueberry and subtle hints of tropical fruit flavours, this year's lot is better than ever!
