When brewing our Decaf Filter, we recommend a similar grind size as when brewing your preferred filter coffee method. We recommend a ratio of 70g of coffee / 1L of water, for example 35g of coffee for 500g of water. Adjust to personal preference.
If brewing using a percolation method like V60, we recommend agitating during the bloom phase followed by a low agitation of the bed for the rest of the brew.

Partners since 2021 and a favourite for you and us, we’re excited to introduce USP’s easy-drinking community lot. Produced in the region of Sierra Sur, Oaxaca in Mexico, it was the collaborative effort of 33 producers that brought this coffee to life. With coffee from Mexico typically known for delicate spice and nutty, chocolate overtones balanced with a light body, Union San Pedro demonstrates this in the most delicious way.
With notes of pear, chocolate and decadent praline swirling in your cup, this filter makes for a wonderful sharing brew and we can’t wait for you to enjoy!
