This year’s Easter Blend brings together components from tried-and-true Andean terroirs, La Coipa in Peru and La Plata in Colombia. Dark fruit notes like blackcurrant meet dark chocolate and hazelnut in this delicious filter coffee.

About
ABOUT
Two great things that go great together: the Easter Blend is back! We take you to a fruits-of-the-forest profile, with notes like blackberry, blackcurrant, and hazelnut with these two Andean components: Estrella Divina from Cajamarca and San Sebastian from Huila. We selected these two exclusively for this year’s Easter Blend, seeking new lots from some of our favourite producing communities.
Estrella Divina is a community blend created by our partners at Origin Coffee Lab, harmoniously combining lots from producers in La Coipa, a beloved terroir within the San Ignacio district. This lot brings a signature profile for Northern Peru’s field blends with its notes of blackcurrant, cacao nibs, and acidity like a red plum.
The three farmers whose coffee makes up San Sebastian come from another coffee town we often return to: La Plata and neighbouring La Argentina in southern Huila, Colombia. You may recognize La Plata as the area that brings us Square Mile classic, La Estrella del Ostro. San Sebastian delivers all the notes we love from the area: sultanas, red and green apple, and rich texture.
