      Fruity, delicious and bright, we’re excited to welcome this tasty espresso into our shop for a limited time!

      This top-quality, washed coffee lot comes from the Kamundu Estate in Kiambu, Kenya. Established during the British colonialist rule, Kamundu is a 155-hectare coffee farm. Today, it is one of six estates owned and operated by Sasini, a publicly listed company grounded in reinstating equity and community values, with a predominantly Kenyan ownership structure.

      Sasini is committed to the upliftment of the community, making early childhood education, union membership, and guaranteed pay above the minimum wage available to estate workers. In partnership with our supply chain collaborator, Covoya, they have also invested in the local primary school, Njenga Karume. This investment has primarily focused on constructing a new computer lab, equipping students with the necessary IT skills to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
